NLCS Fee Schedule

Registration & Book Fees
Registration and book fees are non-refundable and due upon initial enrollment. For families re-enrolling, registration and book fees will be due in July. Payment of these fees reserves a class placement for the registered student.

  • Registration: $150/year for all programs
  • Book Fees: $250/year for full-time students, $50/class for hybrid students

Annual Tuition
Tuition invoices are emailed monthly and include a convenient method of paying online. Tuition may be paid annually, or in ten or eleven monthly payments (August - June). Please see the Tuition charts below for each program and grade-specific tuition rates. Monthly payments are due on or before the 5th of each month, and a $10 late fee may be assessed for any late payments. A charge of $25 will be added for any check returned by the bank. If a student is unenrolled, payment will be due for the remainder of the current quarter. Please contact the office for a personalized payment plan that will fit your family’s needs.

Tuition Scholarships
Tuition scholarships for full-time students may be available and are awarded annually. Scholarships are generally awarded at no more than 50% of expected tuition. Contact the office for the scholarship application.

Family Fundraising & Volunteer Hours

Fundraising

Fundraising is required from each school family. This responsibility can be met by participating in fundraisers, purchasing Scrip, or a combination of both.
Fundraisers generally include selling tickets to events such as the school’s annual Fall Auction, school raffles, dinners, etc…, or raising pledges for events such as Jog-a-thon.
Scrip consists of a variety of gift cards to local gas stations, restaurants, stores, fast food, Amazon, and many more. When families purchase scrip through the school, the school receives a percentage of the profit, and the family earns a percentage toward their fundraising goal. Family and friends may also make purchases toward a family’s scrip or fundraising requirement.
        ● A one time full payment may be made instead of  participating in fundraising. Please contact the school office to discuss this option.
        ● Funds raised over the required amount may be applied toward the volunteer hour requirement at the expected rate (contact the office for the most updated information).

Volunteer Hours

Each family must make themselves available to help the school in some ways such as mowing school lawns, driving for field trips, classroom assistance, janitorial duties, typing or grading, helping with fundraising efforts, serving hot lunch, etc…
Families track their own hours of volunteer work and submit documentation to the office to meet the family requirement.
        ● A one time full payment may be made instead of working volunteer hours. Please contact the school office to discuss this option.

At the end of the school year, payment will be due for any unmet fundraising and volunteer hour requirements.
